In this well-known design by Hasui Kawase, the sky is clear after a heavy snowfall and Mt. Fuji is seen in the distance framed by snow covered trees. The vantage point is from the beaches of Tagonoura in Shizuoka Prefecture. A rare, early/first edition printing acquired from a prominent Japanese collection of shin-hanga.
