Tokaido Arts ships to anywhere in the world. USPS is our preferred carrier for domestic shipments, but we may select alternative carriers to ensure the safest and most cost effective delivery for each purchase. All purchases are shipped insured and require signature for final delivery. Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges are calculated at invoicing or levied separately. Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. All online purchases are packed and shipped in 2-5 business days (we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
We take great care in packing shipped works, framed or unframed. However, carrier mishandling, while rare, does occur. In case of shipping mishaps, Tokaido Arts will resolve the issue through full or partial refunds and returns. Please note that we do not provide refunds for damaged matting.
For pickup at our San Francisco gallery, select “Local Pickup” as your shipping option when checking out. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Note that framing orders may take 2-3 weeks to complete. Pickup is available during gallery hours.

To ensure the safe delivery of your packages valued over $500, Tokaido Arts will only ship via UPS or FedEx to international destinations until further notice. Note that an additional shipping charge may be levied separately via PayPal. We appreciate your understanding. Also note that buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
