Also known as Miyajima, Itsukushima is one of Japan's most famous and oft-visited temple complexes. Here the large torii gate set in the water at Miyajima is shown in a dense snowfall, and is one of Japan's most iconic places. The snow-covered pine tree frames the view perfectly.
