A striking depiction of Grand Canyon from Hiroshi Yoshida's travels in the United States capturing some of America's most iconic landscapes. Rare in any edition, this posthumous impression was produced under the auspices of his son, Toshi Yoshida, from the original woodblocks shortly after Hiroshi's passing.

Hiroshi Yoshida (1876-1950) is regarded as one of the most important shin-hanga period artists and often carved and printed his own works. His landscapes of Japan are known throughout the world, as are his prints of other countries such as Europe, the United States, and South Asia.
