Mount Mino is one of the peaks incorporating the Mino Mountain Range, which sits between the Chikugo Plain and the Kuju Mountains in Fukuoka Prefecture. A captivating work completely devoid of details normally found in sweeping landscapes from shin-hanga artists. In the foreground is the Chikugo River. This first-edition printing comes from a collection of Japan Scenery Prints issued in 6 sets of 5 prints each by various artists published by Nakajima Jutaro. Tsukishi was an ancient province and is located in Fukuoka Prefecture.
