Shin-Hanga

Hiroshi Yoshida, "Kiso River"
Pickup currently unavailable
The Kiso River flows through Nagano, Gifu, Aichi, and Mie Prefectures, with the upper part of the river forming the Kiso Valley. Here, we see the Kiso River busy with people securing their boats for the evening. In the back atop a large hill sits Inuyama Castle, which is just north of Nagoya. A stunning and rare work showing pre-WWII Japan and the Kiso River in its most natural state.
