Elizabeth Keith, "Leaning Pagoda, Soochow"
Pickup currently unavailable
The Yunyan Pagoda, colloquially known as the Leaning Pagoda, sits in complex of temples in Suzhou (Soochow), and dates back more than 1,000 years. Half-built on soil and half-built on rock, the leaning pagoda has been rebuilt and refurbished over the centuries and still stands today. Here, Keith shows the pagoda towering above a small village busy with residents going about their day.
