A lone visitor is shown on the path to Futarasan Shrine in Nikko. Wonderfully atmospheric and somewhat haunting, a closer examination at this print shows a rich and complex array of colors used in the printing to depict the shrine's approach at night. A very rare and exceptional piece by Koitsu.
