Sarusawa Pond at Nara Park in Nara is shown in winter after a heavy snow. Exquisitely detailed the tree and figure in the foreground contrasts wonderfully with the shore and pagoda in the distance. A rare, first-state impression printed by one of Doi's first printers from the 1930s.
