Kazuyuki Ohtsu (1935 - ) worked with the great 20th century printmaker Kiyoshi Saito for forty years. Following Saito's death in 1997, Ohtsu began his journey as an artist and has made his mark as one of today's most iconic artists in the woodblock print genre.
