    Amakusa is located in Southwestern Japan in Kyushu south of Nagasaki. In this exquisitely colorful design in the most serene of settings, a woman and her children make their way home at sunset. Intricate detailing in this standout composition by Hasui. This scarce woodblock print comes from a later edition printing from the original woodblocks.
