Shin-Hanga
Hasui Kawase, "Mount Fuji from Tagonoura Bridge"
Pickup currently unavailable
The port city of Tagonoura and its proximity to Mount Fuji inspires this design showing a wooden bridge stretched across a stream with the sacred mountain overlooking a perfectly serene setting. The printing is masterful showing the moonlight illuminating the blue and green colors of the surrounding foliage, while the exquisite detailing of the rock wall and foliage in the foreground is meticulously carved.
