Hasui Kawase, "Spring Evening at Inokashira"

Deep, rich blues are a classic color scheme employed by Hasui in many of his woodblock prints. This beautiful springtime print shows Inokashira Park which is located in Western Tokyo. Printed from the original woodblocks, this later edition print is now scarce.
