Tomikichiro Tokuriki (1902-1999) created his 36 Views of Mount Fuji from 1939-1940, which is now considered his masterpiece series of woodblock prints. The prints are an homage to Katsushika Hokusai’s series, 100 years before Tokuriki’s time.
