A marvelous peak into old Japan shows the Ushigome, Kagurazaka a small neighborhood in Tokyo's Shinjuku district. Here, a street is lined with traditional buildings casting their lights onto the walkway on a rainy evening. A giant paper lantern (inscribed with the characters for Doi) draws the viewer in with its orange glow.
