In this rare first-edition printing of an popular, well-known design by Shibata Zeshin, a flock of crows line the top part of the composition while most of the paper is colored negative space showing the full brilliance of sunset. This impression is a first-edition printing by Daikokuya from 1887. Later editions were reprinted and reproduced well into the 1930s.
